Wine making:

The must, obtained by the soft squeezing of the grapes, shall decant for 12-18 hours and then ferment in stainless steel containers. Fermentation happens slowly, maintaining the temperature around 18°C till complete exhaustion of sugars.

Colour: straw-coulored yellow
Olfactory and gustatory notes:

Clean and delicate perfume with floral signs and of white fruit. In mouth it results fragrant and fresh, ready to drink with final savory that gradually falls through on light brown notes.

Marketing: 5 months from the vintage;
